How fast do you reply?
Early access requests for AMIQ Mail get a reply within two working days. For anything else, write to info@amiqmarketinghub.com and we reply as soon as we can.
What should I include?
Your account email, the tool you used, roughly when, and the file or campaign name. A screenshot helps.
Can you delete my files sooner?
Yes. Plans and renders are deleted automatically after 90 days, and we can delete them earlier if you ask.
Can you help set up my sending domain?
Yes. On managed sending we work through the DNS records with you and can bring over contacts, opt-outs and bounces from the tool you use now.
