Privacy policy

The short version

The voice tools, the email composer and the list cleaner run in your browser, so those files stay on your device. The AI floor plan renders and AI videos send your image to our AI rendering partners; a copy of the image, your settings and the result is kept for a limited time (90 days for renders, 7 days for videos) and then deleted automatically. AMIQ Mail stores the contacts, templates and campaigns you add so they can be sent. We do not show advertising and we do not use third-party analytics cookies.

1. Who we are

AMIQ Marketing Hub ("we", "us") operates amiqmarketinghub.com from Hyderabad, India. Contact: info@amiqmarketinghub.com.

2. Your files

For the 3D floor plan render, your plan image (and any reference images you add) is sent through our server to the render engine you choose, run by one of our AI rendering partners. We keep a copy of the plan, the settings and the finished render for 90 days, so an interrupted render can be recovered, so we can check quality and so we can help if you contact us. The video tools work the same way, and clips are kept for 7 days so you can download them again. Only we can see these files; they are never shared, sold or used to train AI models, and you can ask us to delete them sooner.

3. Accounts, credits and payments

You sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email. We store your email address, display name and profile picture (from Google, if you used it), your credit balance and a ledger of credit movements. To stop abuse of the free credits we store a salted hash of the network address an account was created from, never the address itself. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we receive the order and payment identifiers and the amount, never your card or UPI details.

4. AMIQ Mail

We store the contacts you import or connect, your templates, brands, sender settings and campaigns, and the delivery events for each email (sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained, unsubscribed). For your contacts you are the data controller and we process them on your behalf only to send and report on your email; we never sell them, share them with other customers or email them ourselves. Unsubscribes and bounces are kept on a suppression list so those people are not emailed again. If you choose the paid mailbox check, only the email addresses are sent to our server for checking, and the result is kept for 30 days.

5. Analytics

We record anonymous page views and tool events (such as "render started") in our own database, with an approximate location derived by our host, never your full IP address. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

6. Local storage

We use your browser's local storage for conveniences such as tool settings and recent work on this device. It never leaves your browser and you can clear it from your browser settings.

7. Who processes data for us

Cloudflare (hosting, database and security), our email delivery partners (sign-in emails, AMIQ Mail sending and mailbox checks), Razorpay (payments) and, for renders and videos you request, our AI rendering partners, each under their own privacy terms. We disclose information if required by law.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or close your account, by writing to info@amiqmarketinghub.com.

9. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

We will post any changes on this page with a new "last updated" date.
