1. Acceptance
By using amiqmarketinghub.com (the "Site"), operated by AMIQ Marketing Hub from Hyderabad, India, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The service
The Site provides online tools for floor plans, video, voice and email. Some run in your web browser; others send your input to our servers and our AI and email delivery partners to produce a result. We may change, add or remove tools at any time. Tools marked "beta" may contain errors.
3. Your files and outputs
You keep all rights to the files you use with the tools and to the outputs you create. You confirm you have the right to use any file, voice or contact list you process. Keep copies of your originals.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy, to clone a voice without the speaker's permission, to send email to people who did not agree to hear from you, to process unlawful content, to interfere with the Site's operation or security, or to scrape or copy the Site's code or content for a competing service.
5. Accounts, credits and refunds
Paid tools use credits. New accounts receive a one-time welcome allowance (currently 25 credits), limited to one per person and one per network. Credits are bought through Razorpay, priced in Indian rupees in India and in US dollars elsewhere, do not expire and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. A job that fails on our side or on a partner's side is refunded in credits automatically. A job that completes is not refundable, because our partner has already charged us for it; if the result is clearly broken, write to us within 7 days and we will look at it case by case. See the refund policy. One account per person; accounts created to collect repeated welcome credits may be closed and their balance forfeited.
6. Email sending
When you send email with AMIQ Mail you are the sender and the data controller for your contacts. You must have permission to email them, include a working unsubscribe link and honour unsubscribes. We may pause sending that causes high bounces or complaints.
7. No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Outputs, including 3D plans and redraws, are for visualisation and are not a substitute for professional architectural, legal or financial advice. AI output may contain mistakes: check measurements and details against your original plan.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Intellectual property
The Site's design, code, text and the AMIQ Marketing Hub name and logo belong to us. Open-source libraries used by the tools remain under their own licences.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
