Refund and cancellation policy

No subscription
AMIQ Marketing Hub has no subscription and nothing renews. You buy credits when you need them, so there is nothing to cancel.
Failed jobs
Credits are taken when a render, clip or other paid job starts. If the job does not finish, because of a fault on our side or on a partner's side, the full amount goes back to your credit balance automatically. You can see every charge and refund on your account page.
Completed jobs
A job that completes is not refundable, because our partner has already charged us for it. If a result is clearly broken, write to us within 7 days with the date and what went wrong, and we will look at it case by case.
Purchased credits
Credits do not expire and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. If you were charged twice for the same order, or a payment went through but the credits did not appear, write to us and we will add the credits or return the duplicate payment to the original payment method through Razorpay.
